Global HR Operations Lead HiBob Expert & Compliance

McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the People Operations team and deliver a high quality global HR service from our London office.

You will optimise HiBob, streamline processes, ensure regulatory compliance across geographies, and partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and senior leaders to drive employee experience.

This role requires leadership, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace in a fast growing environment.
