Global HR Coordinator: Payroll, Onboarding & Engagement

Otter Products is seeking an HR Relations Coordinator to support payroll, onboarding, benefits and employee engagement across multiple countries. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant HR services in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will coordinate payroll, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help drive learning and development initiatives while maintaining accurate records and supporting audits and compliance.
