Global HR Business Partner - International Hybrid

Howden Group Holdings is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for international operations. You will partner with leaders outside the UK, driving pragmatic HR advice, and ensuring compliant employment practices across multiple European jurisdictions.

The role requires strong generalist expertise, cross-border ER management, and the ability to harmonise policies, TUPE considerations and entity set-ups. Travel internationally is required.
