Global Health Support Specialist, Customer Service & Claims

Cigna Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our Greenock-based Global Service Centre. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, assist with claim processing, and interpret policy provisions to provide accurate guidance.

The role requires 35 hours per week with shifts across the week, and an induction starts in December 2026. Hybrid working environment with attendance at the Greenock office and potential home-based IT equipment provision.
