Global Head of Sales Excellence

Croda Singapore is seeking a Head of Sales Effectiveness to enhance the commercial capabilities across regions. This role requires proven experience in driving Sales Effectiveness and Commercial Excellence in a B2B context, ideally within Life Sciences or Consumer Care sectors.

The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis in the UK, collaborating with various departments and ensuring seamless delivery of commercial initiatives. Regular international travel is expected.
