Global Head of People Experience & HR Operations

Partner Company is seeking a Director of People Experience to lead a lean HR team supporting a 320-employee, fully remote workforce across 40+ countries. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operations, including policy, HRIS, and employee relations.

You will shape scalable people processes, strengthen the HRBP model, and collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and Technology to ensure compliant, high-impact people practices in a fast-moving, distributed environment.
