Global Head of People Experience - Remote

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Director of People Experience based in Ireland to lead a lean, high trust People team supporting a fully remote workforce of 320 across 40+ countries.

You will own HR operations, policy, and complex employee relations, strengthen the HRBP model, and drive scalable people processes globally in a remote first environment, partnering with Legal, Payroll, Finance and Technology to enable growth.
