We are recruiting for a fast growing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology vendor supporting CFOs and finance teams globally. Their solutions help organisations transform the way they plan, analyse, forecast, and execute.
We are hiring a Global Partner Leader, based in the UK or Germany, to take full ownership of their global partner and alliance strategy. This role will shape, scale and lead the partner ecosystem across consulting firms, system integrators, advisory partners, and technology alliances.
This is a senior, high impact, global leadership position reporting to the executive team, ideal for someone with a deep understanding of EPM or Office of Finance technology and a strong background engaging with consulting and professional services organisations.
What will I be doing?As Global Partner Leader, you will:
Lead Global Partner Strategy- Define and execute the global partner vision, strategy, and operating model.
- Build, scale, and lead a high performing global partner organisation.
- Establish governance, KPIs, and performance cadences aligned to corporate goals.
- Strengthen existing consulting, SI, and technology partnerships, driving improved ROI and deeper collaboration.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners that extend our reach in the EPM and finance transformation landscape.
- Enhance partner value propositions and create scalable engagement and enablement frameworks.
- Improve partner sourced and partner influenced revenue through joint business plans, co selling motions, and structured GTM programs.
- Introduce partner scorecards, dashboards, and operational processes that improve predictability and performance.
- Accelerate deal velocity and elevate pipeline quality through tighter alignment with Sales and Marketing.
- Act as an executive level ambassador with partner leadership teams, analysts, and at industry events.
- Position the business as a partner centric, innovative, trusted EPM leader in the market.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure partners are fully integrated and successful.
- Support co delivery, co innovation, and joint solution development opportunities.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Experience- 10+ years' experience in EPM, Office of Finance technology, financial transformation, or enterprise software.
- Strong background working closely with consulting firms, advisory practices, or professional services organisations.
- Proven experience leading global or regional partner/alliances organisations.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable partner revenue and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing global teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive level relationship building capability.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and operational discipline.
- Confident communicator and influencer at all levels.
- Fluent English; additional European languages welcome.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
