Global Head of Client Onboarding

Location: EMEA Full-time Hybrid

CSC is seeking a Global Head of Onboarding to lead our client onboarding function across hubs in our three regions. You'll own the global onboarding strategy, including ongoing file reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This role involves managing regional onboarding hubs, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving digital transformation and continuous improvement.

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience in onboarding, compliance, or client lifecycle management within financial services or corporate services
• Proven leadership of multi-regional teams
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks
• Strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
