Global Head of Compensation & Benefits (US & EMEA)

Croud is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits to lead the global rewards framework across US & EMEA. You will shape salary structures, incentive programs and payroll governance, reporting to the CPO, and partnering with Finance, Legal and senior stakeholders.

The role requires strategic leadership plus hands on operational delivery to ensure compliant, competitive rewards across markets. Hybrid London HQ with international scope.
