Heidrick & Struggles is seeking a Global Director of Growth for Heidrick Consulting to build and activate the top of the commercial funnel worldwide. The role drives early-stage engagement, strategic market development and cross functional collaboration across Search, Consulting and On Demand Talent.

You will lead a new global Lead Generation team, partner with Corporate Marketing and ensure disciplined handoffs to Business Development. A strong track record in go to market growth is essential.
