Job Description
- Handle technical escalations across the team and tech account managers
- Drive technical excellence and innovation
- Oversee tech governance for Build/Run teams
- Manage staff (2-8 people)
- Contribute to RFPs/proposals
- Represent companyin presentations and tech talks
- Act as a tech thought leader
- Lead a team of technical applications engineers
- Strong technical understanding of architectures
- Ability to explain complex issues in layman's terms
- Management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of manufacturers and cross-system integration
