Global Employment Counsel Lead

ElevenLabs seeks an experienced Lead Employment Counsel to join our Legal Team. You will partner with the People team to advise on global employment law issues spanning the full lifecycle and develop policies to support scaling as we grow.

You'll work with colleagues worldwide, manage risk across jurisdictions, and coordinate with outside counsel. This remote-first role supports US ET or EMEA, with potential London or New York office options.
