Global Employment Counsel - International (Remote UK/EU)

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking an Employment Counsel - International to manage day-to-day HR-related legal support for international operations outside the US.

The role covers recruitment, performance management, dismissal, investigations, and union/Works Council relations. You will advise business leaders and HR on European matters (France, Germany, UK, Hungary), coordinate with outside counsel, review policies, and handle employment agreements and severance programs.
