Global Customer Service Pro (Onsite/Hybrid, NL Focus)

Dormer Pramet is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team at Waverley, Rotherham. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate orders and smooth processes.

You'll collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Managers, support onboarding, process quotations, and manage the full order lifecycle from order creation to invoicing, including returns and credits. Strong English and good administration are essential.
