Context
A leading global pharmaceutical organisation is launching a major Commercial Excellence and CRM transformation programme.
The programme centres around a Salesforce ecosystem, integrated with several enterprise platforms.
The organisation is seeking an experienced Global CRM Programme Director to lead the programme, align stakeholders, drive business harmonisation and oversee global delivery.
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior transformation leader with experience across CRM, Commercial Excellence, Digital Commerce and enterprise integration.
The role combines programme leadership, business process harmonisation, stakeholder management, vendor governance and global deployment management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global CRM & Digital Commerce transformation programme
- Drive business process harmonisation across Commercial, Medical and Customer Service functions
- Manage executive stakeholders, implementation partners and system integrators
- Oversee Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives
- Ensure alignment between CRM, Data, Digital Commerce and ERP roadmaps
- Own programme governance, delivery planning, risks and dependencies
- Drive adoption, change management and business readiness activities
- Support global rollout and operating model design
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading global CRM or Commercial Excellence programmes
- Strong Salesforce ecosystem experience (Commerce, Marketing and/or Service Cloud)
- Experience within Pharma, Life Sciences or Healthcare
- Track record delivering multi-country transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing system integrators and external delivery partners
- Exposure to enterprise integrations involving ERP, CRM and Data platforms
- Strong change management and business harmonisation experience
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience
- Veeva CRM experience
- Boomi integration exposure
- Snowflake/Data Platform experience
- ERP integration experience (Infor M3, Oracle Fusion or SAP)
- Commercial Excellence or Omnichannel transformation background
Contract Details
Location: Europe (Remote with incidental travel)
Working Model: full time
Set-up: Freelance/Contractor
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial 12-month contract with likely extensions
Workload: Full-time
Language: English mandatory. Portugese and/or Spanish is a plus
