Global Contract Sourcing Specialist

MongoDB is seeking a Contract Sourcer on our Talent Discovery team to support hiring needs across the business. You will identify, engage, and qualify top talent, becoming a sourcing subject matter expert for both technical and non-technical roles.

You will work with recruiters to understand business needs, deliver qualified talent, and ensure data integrity through the hiring process while adapting to changing priorities across Go-To-Market and Technology teams as required.
