Join DLL, a global asset finance company, as a Total Reward Global Compensation Manager. In this role you will lead a team of compensation professionals and be responsible for the global development, implementation, and administration of direct compensation programs, policies, and procedures for DLL's total membership base.
Day To Day- Lead a team of 4 5 professionals to operate as a strategic center of excellence. Set them up for success, accelerate their development and drive high engagement.
- Develop the overall strategy, design, and implementation of global compensation programs. Identify best practices, recommend changes, and coordinate the design of the company's compensation philosophy and plans. Establish pay grades, criteria for raises, and compensation structures. Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to attract and retain top talent and address compensation related concerns.
- Design DLL's grading structure to align with business needs in partnership with business and HR leaders. Provide strategic framework, governance and tools to utilize job generic profiles and related communication, education and implementation capability. Lead job evaluation as appropriate.
- Manage base pay and benchmarking. Provide a strategic and competitive framework for base pay and market pricing. Conduct market research, manage survey participation, and ensure the organization's compensation remains competitive and aligned with market standards.
- Design and administer performance based incentive programs, sales incentives, bonuses, and equity compensation. Drive alignment of incentives with business goals and regulatory frameworks. Partner with TR colleagues to integrate compensation with other total rewards elements.
- Strategically manage the framework and process of annual allocation of the salary budget and off cycle pay strategies across functions and regions, balancing competitive compensation with financial constraints.
- Utilise data analytics to assess effectiveness of compensation programs. Generate reports and insights for senior leadership and HR teams.
- Drive strategic and tactical communication and education of compensation practices to stakeholders, including changes, policies, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and stay informed about legal changes.
- Embed compensation architecture, policies and processes in the HRIS and provide ongoing support for continuous improvement.
- Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.

- Master's degree, professional qualification, or relevant career experience.
- Experience in Total Reward/ remuneration function, with at least 8-10 years in international direct compensation programs, ideally in the financial services industry.
- At least 3 years experience leading Total Rewards professionals.
- Analytical in nature with excellent attention to detail without losing the broader picture.
- Preferably, solid understanding of regulatory landscape for financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, ability to independently work with senior stakeholders.
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- A culturally sensitive and globally minded team player.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!).
- Experienced in MS Office Skills.
