Global Compensation Manager - AI Driven & Data Led

Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead end to end pay and bonus processes across EMEA and APAC. You will combine deep reward expertise with data driven analysis, stakeholder management and AI enabled modelling to inform policy, budgeting and reporting.

You will manage annual salary reviews, advise on market pay positioning and support cross regional governance initiatives in a hybrid London/Sheffield/Dublin office setup.
