Job Title: Global Combat Ship Integrated Products Support Manager

Salary: From £65,000 dependent on skills and experience plus executive package
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for Programme Delivery, management off the GCS Delivery Team, and contract status reporting
Being the key stakeholder interface between export customers for both; Australian (HCF), Canadian (RCD) Product Support programmes and BAE Systems internal stakeholders within Maritime & Land Defence Solutions and Naval Ships Support/Engineering teams
Capture of customer requirements and management of bid activity
Integration and planning of solution delivery
Management of budget and forecast resource Demand Planning in BRP
Identification and management of risks and opportunities
Your skills and experiences:
Experienced in engineering/technical management or Project Management leadership role
Work Package Management controls and techniques including planning and cost control and earned value management, risk and opportunity management and change management
Degree or equivalent in a STEM subject
Chartered Engineer or MAPM status or an equivalent level of competence
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders, secure support and resources, and manage customer expectations

The DS team are responsible for delivering expert support integration for up to 15 Royal Canadian Navy destroyers and the Australian Hunter Class Frigate programme, DS is the vital link between global defence partners, managing design-for-support and product delivery with precision and consistency.
As the Global Combat Ship integrated Products Support Manager you will be driving the delivery of a high value contract in support products for the Global Combat Ship programme, leading RCD and Hunter Class integration to ensure engineering changes, dependencies, and schedules align for maximum impact and efficiency
