Global Clinical Program Delivery Leader

UCB is seeking a Global Head of Clinical Program Delivery to lead the worldwide Clinical Program Delivery organization from phase I to post-approval. This role oversees strategic operational direction, builds a consistent operating model, and drives patient-centered study delivery across a global, matrix organization.

You'll lead senior operational teams, drive accountability, and partner across clinical development, asset teams and external collaborators in a hybrid setup with 25-30% travel.
