Global Client Relationship Specialist

Our client is a well-established investment management company and one of the world's largest independent asset management firms. They are looking to hire a Client Relationship Specialist to join their team based in London.

The successful candidate will work alongside a prestigious team. The duties of a Client Relationship Specialist include:

1. Acting as first point of call for a client in the absence of a client relationship manager
2. Developing and maintaining relationships and sales support to the client
3. Providing a high level of technical support
4. Attending meetings and conference calls where required
5. Responsibility for audit and operational meetings when opportunity arises
6. Demonstrating a high level of technical knowledge in areas such as products, brand, and services
7. Knowledge of the current investment market as well as economic issues
8. Assisting with the production of legal documentation, reports, and client-specific data relevant to the client's investment strategy

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will need to meet the following criteria:

1. Strong academic background is required
2. Experience dealing with external clients and building significant relationships in the investment management industry
3. Must have a mature attitude and work well within a team
