Global Category Manager - Indirect Procurement

6-Month Contract Inside IR35 4 Days Per Week Hybrid - 1 Day Onsite

We're looking for an experienced Global Category Manager to lead the Indirect Procurement category strategy across a broad portfolio including Hard & Soft FM, HR & Professional Services, Marketing and Corporate Operations.

This is a key role leading the indirect procurement project portfolio, with a particular focus on Facilities Management and upcoming building projects.

Key Requirements
  • Strong Indirect Procurement / Category Management experience
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations
  • Strong Hard & Soft FM procurement experience
  • Experience contracting around building works, including JCT and/or RIBA standard forms of contract
  • Experience managing complex service contracts and frameworks
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience delivering cost savings, supplier performance and value improvements
  • Understanding of sustainable and ethical sourcing
