Global Benefits Specialist (12-Month FTC)

Monzo is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support UK and global pensions and benefits programmes. Reporting to the Head of Benefits, you'll manage daily benefits administration, renewals, and new programmes, ensuring compliance with legislation and alignment with our global strategy.

You'll work with cross functional teams across the People Collective and vendors, drive employee education and engagement, and help Monzo continue to offer equitable, scalable benefits for all Monzonauts.
