We are a team of 100+ professionals headquartered in Dublin who operate globally with clients and EY audit teams worldwide. We bring together audit, accountancy, technology and analytics skillsets to solve complex multinational reporting and audit challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Manage global digital audit transformation and enablement engagements. Work closely with EY's largest and most complex global audit clients, building relationships with client leadership and global audit teams.

Lead projects that standardize, centralize, automate, and apply analytics to audit processes, thereby enhancing EY's commitment to high quality audits and improving the client experience.

Develop global audit strategies that assess client responsibilities related to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and other non financial reporting initiatives.

Foster and develop exceptional client experiences, identifying opportunities to transform statutory reporting processes and building a high performing team.

Required Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA); minimum 6 years of relevant experience in practice or industry.
  • Strong understanding of multinational group and statutory audit models.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to communicate at a senior leadership level.
  • Interest or experience with data analytics, AI enabled audit tools, automation, and digital audit transformation, including practical application of emerging technologies to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and insight.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to foster, maintain, and grow relationships across internal and client stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in an Assurance/Audit role or working with accountants/auditors, providing insight into accounting and auditing processes, risks, data flows, and opportunities for AI driven automation and analytics.
