About the Role
This isn't your typical sales role-there's no cold selling. You'll act as the technical lead on customer projects, ensuring solutions are practical, cost-effective, and horticulturally sound.
- Be the technical interface between clients, design, and delivery
- Guide commercial growers, nurseries, and vertical farms
- Support the entire lifecycle: quote spec project handover
- Join a small, expert team where longevity and culture fit matter
Ideal Candidate
- Horticultural or engineering background (glasshouse knowledge ideal)
- Strong communicator, able to translate technical requirements
- Looking for a long-term role in a growing, people-first business
- Comfortable with project-based work and learning the commercial side
