GI Oncology Medical Science Liaison - Hybrid (Field/Office)

AstraZeneca is seeking a Medical Science Liaison/Medical Advisor for GI Oncology in Dublin. The role combines 50% field-based activities with 50% office-based Medical Affairs responsibilities.

You will engage with scientists, clinicians and investigators, delivering non-promotional scientific exchange and supporting product life cycle management. The position requires a life sciences degree (MD/PhD preferred), oncology knowledge, and strong communication skills.
