The JobWe are hiring a German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full cycle recruitment across the EMEA region for an international company. The role involves working with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple European markets and joining a collaborative global team with outstanding career development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities- Source, screen, interview and shortlist high quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Conduct competency based telephone and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activity and candidate records.
- Produce offer letters and support candidates through the pre employment process.
- Monitor recruitment performance and provide accurate reporting.
- Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives across digital platforms.
- Build relationships with industry professionals, universities and recruitment networks across Europe.
- Contribute to cross border recruitment projects across Germany, France, Spain, Poland and other EMEA markets.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to share market intelligence and sourcing strategies.
- Fluent German language skills (essential).
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Full Cycle Recruiting.
- Experience recruiting across European or international markets, or within professional services or corporate environments.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment channels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies.
- A collaborative, customer focused approach.
- £35,000 - £40,000.
