We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a German-speaking Export Sales Manager to join a highly successful, international designer and manufacturer of high-quality, innovative products that are exported globally.
Language requirements for the job
Fluent German and English are essential. Fluency in Polish is a major advantage but not essential.

Location of the job
Hybrid working possible - Cambridge office plus regular travel in Europe. Ideally, you will live within 1 hour of Cambridge for regular office visits.
Job responsibilities of the German-speaking Export Sales Manager
Your role will primarily involve managing and developing sales accounts and partners in Germany and other key European countries, especially Poland.
Your duties will typically include:
- Distributor and major account management
- Identifying and developing new sales markets and opportunities in northern and western Europe
- Traveling regularly to visit existing clients and identify new sales opportunities
- Conducting regular market research
- Attending trade shows and exhibitions as both exhibitor and visitor
- Reporting on sales targets and progress
The ideal candidate's background
- Fluent German and English; Polish fluency is a plus but not essential
- Possession of a university degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar international export sales role
- Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in written and verbal presentations
- Experience in account management
Salary, benefits, and working hours
Negotiable, starting at £50,000 plus benefits.
