Are you a motivated German speaker looking to build a career in business development, sales, and negotiation within an international company?

We are currently hiring German-speaking Business Development Specialists to join a growing team based in Dublin city centre (Dublin 2).

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, commercial drive, and a proactive mindset - especially those who enjoy building relationships, creating new opportunities, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying potential locations and property owners across the German market
• Building relationships with property owners and introducing new partnership opportunities
• Managing the process from first contact through to contract agreement
• Conducting negotiations and overcoming objections
• Managing your own pipeline and business development activity
• Communicating via phone, email, and video meetings
• Working closely with internal teams in an international environment
• Maintaining accurate records within internal systems

What are we looking for?

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confident, resilient, and commercially minded personality
• Previous experience in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, recruitment, account management, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships from scratch
• Motivated to work in a target-driven environment

What's on offer?

• €35,000 base salary + Uncapped commission structure (€15K-€20K+ additional earning potential) Realistic OTE of €50,000-€55,000+
