German-Speaking BDR - Tech Sales, Hybrid & Equity

Our client in Dublin seeks a German-speaking Business Development Representative to be the first contact in the sales cycle. You will partner with SMB Account Executives, craft messaging across channels, and contribute to the outbound team's effectiveness.

This role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 remote) with an OTE up to €67,000 (base €43,550) plus equity, and includes comprehensive health insurance and other benefits.
