Your Responsibilities

Review and assess online content according to platform policies

Ensure quality and consistency across moderation workflows

Handle sensitive content professionally and responsibly

Support escalations and complex review cases

Apply cultural awareness in policy-based decision making

What We're Looking For

Fluent German (C1-C2)

Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or digital platform operations

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Ability to work in a structured, policy-driven environment

€37,333 gross annual salary
