German Quality expert reviewer

We are looking for German-speaking professionals to join a multinational client as Multi-Channel Quality Expert Reviewers in Dublin. This fully onsite role is ideal for candidates with content moderation experience, where you'll review workflows across multiple channels and ensure compliance with safety and community standards.

Location: Dublin City Centre (Onsite)

What You'll Do:

• Review sensitive content including violence, self-harm, fraud, hate speech, nudity, child exploitation, and more
• Conduct ID and authenticity/access checks
• Handle escalations and support special operations (viral content, dangerous organization content)
• Apply cultural awareness for nuanced, policy-compliant decisions

Who We're Looking For:

• Fluency in German (c1) and English (b2) (written & spoken)
• Strong attention to detail, process excellence, and critical thinking
• Team player with strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Open-minded, solution-oriented, and self-driven
• Fully office-based in Dublin City Centre (no remote option)
• No holiday requests during the first 8 weeks (training period)
• 4-week onsite training required
• Background checks required (Right to Work, Criminal Record, Credit, etc.)
