CCP are proud to work with an innovative international business that is looking to appoint a German Customer Support Specialist to join their growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast paced, technology driven environment.
The RoleYou'll be a key point of contact for German and English speaking customers, supporting a range of queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain a smooth customer experience while supporting day to day operational activity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming customer queries via internal systems and ticketing tools
- Provide support to German and English speaking customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating where necessary
- Support account administration and system updates
- Maintain accurate records and internal documentation
- Assist with reporting and tracking of key operational activity
- Monitor trends and highlight recurring issues or improvements
- Support testing and quality checks following system updates or changes
- Work closely with internal teams across Operations, Product, and Customer Experience
- Share customer insight to support service improvements
- Previous experience in a customer service or client facing role
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and solutions focused approach
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
- Background in technology or SaaS environments
- Further education or relevant qualifications
