The institution also has 12 temporary accommodation places, including memory care. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS in Aubonne welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting. Located near the town center, it easily provides access to nearby shops and cafes. We are looking for a Health Care Assistant (F/M) at 100% for the EMS X in Aubonne to strengthen our service with an indefinite contract starting May 1st. WE OFFER YOU 5 weeks of annual vacation, 6 weeks from the age of 50. Possibility of an additional week of vacation, as well as 10 public holidays offered. YOU POSSESS A recognized diploma as a health care assistant or nursing aide from the Croix Rouge Gineste-Marescotti (GM), a successful experience in geriatric care, knowledge of the X system and EMS X, availability to work in split and continuous shifts, kindness, and excellent skills with elderly people, teamwork spirit, and solidarity to maintain good dynamism, commitment, and strong capacity OBJECTIVES Support residents in daily living activities. Ensure bodily care and comfort of residents. Participate in the maintenance of their environment as part of an interdisciplinary care approach for our residents.
