Monarch Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Rugby on a long-term, part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Geography Teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that encourage curiosity about the world around them. The successful Geography Teacher will join a supportive department and contribute positively to the wider school community.
The Role- Teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4.
- Part-time position following a fortnightly timetable:
- Week 1: 3 days
- Week 2: 2 days
- Planning, preparing and delivering high-quality lessons.
- Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Long-term assignment with the potential for extension.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is highly desirable.
- Significant UK teaching experience is essential.
- Experience teaching Geography within a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student development.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.
