This role is for a General Teaching Assistant for either a Year 2 or Year 6 class in an Aylesbury Primary School.
The General Teaching Assistant will work closely alongside the class teacher to ensure that students are able to access the curriculum. You will provide support during lessons, answer questions, assist pupils when needed and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
The successful Teaching Assistant will be dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

- Ability to create an encouraging and positive learning environment
- Ability to remain calm and patient during challenging situations
- Good understanding of the primary school curriculum and classroom learning
- Commitment to providing a safe, healthy and supportive environment for children
- Ability to support teachers with managing pupil behaviour
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
