- Manage your own caseload efficiently across multiple areas of general practice including conveyancing, probate, family law, litigation, and client advisory work.
- Provide direct advice and support to clients on a wide range of legal issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings when required, always maintaining a considerate and client-focused approach.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices within the team for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all casework using appropriate systems while adhering to confidentiality requirements.

- Qualified Solicitor admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland with proven experience handling general practice matters.
- Minimum two years' post qualification experience working within a busy legal environment managing varied caseloads.
- Demonstrated expertise in conveyancing procedures including property transactions from start to finish.
- Solid background in probate matters including drafting wills and administering estates with compassion.
- Experience advising on family law issues such as separation agreements or child custody arrangements showing sensitivity towards clients' circumstances.
- Proficiency in litigation processes including preparing cases for court hearings or settlements.
- Exceptional organisational skills enabling you to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Outstanding communication abilities allowing you to explain complex legal concepts clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team as well as independently when required by case demands.
