Senior Facilities Manager, pharma (Integrated Services)
Location: Limerick
Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 + 10% Bonus
We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services at a large, high-profile site in Limerick. This is a senior leadership role overseeing multiple in-house service lines including catering, cleaning, and security, with full responsibility for operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven facilities or operations leader with experience in complex, regulated environments.
The RoleAs General Services Manager, you will act as the single point of accountability for all on-site FM soft services, ensuring seamless delivery across all functions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive performance against KPIs and SLAs, and build a strong, collaborative client relationship.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of integrated FM services across catering, cleaning, and security
- Manage operational performance, ensuring all services meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs
- Full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence across all functions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, health & safety, and quality standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of circa 50 employees, fostering a high-performance culture
- Identify opportunities for business growth and additional service offerings
- Collaborate with central support teams (HR, Finance, HSE, Technical Services) to ensure best practice
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a senior facilities, operations, or contract management role
- Proven experience managing multi-service FM contracts in an outsourced environment
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable P&L management experience
- Experience operating within regulated environments (pharma, GMP/GDP, or similar) highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and people management skills across diverse teams
- Strong client-facing experience with a track record of building long-term relationships
- Highly organised with strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to drive performance, manage change, and deliver results in a complex environment
- Senior leadership role with full operational and financial ownership
