Work as part of our friendly and dynamic team. We are a high QAIF achieving practice, sharing clinical knowledge and experience in a rural GP Practice which supports undergraduate teaching from Cardiff University.
We also commit to the local Community Hospital in Dolgellau.
In general, the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
Main duties of the jobManage patient caseloads and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting and undertake additional professional roles and responsibilities as agreed at appointment.
Ensure awareness, compliance and undertaking of all relevant practice policies/guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety.
The successful applicant should also effectively communicate and respect the privacy, dignity, needs and beliefs of patients, carers and colleagues, and behave in a welcoming manner that is non judgmental to the individual, respecting their circumstances, feelings priorities and rights.

There are two Clinical Partners and a non-clinical Managing Partner, a list size of 4100 patients. A friendly, flexible and relaxed team.
Job responsibilitiesJob Description for Salaried GP
Salaried GP: At Minfor Surgery, Park Road, Barmouth, Gwynedd, LL42 1PL.
Hours of work: 4 - 6 Sessions a week. There are no OOH commitments but sessions are available locally through the LHB.
Role Summary and Responsibilities:

Manage patient caseloads and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting and undertake additional professional roles and responsibilities as agreed at appointment. 6 weeks with pro rata bank holiday entitlement.
