East Antrim GP Federation is seeking to recruit a General Practice Pharmacist (Fixed Term for 1 Year). Working as part of a team, the GP Pharmacist will continue to develop clinical pharmacy skills that will improve safety, efficiency, effectiveness and consistency of prescribing in primary care.
