Job Description
General Manager, Specialist SEN Provision The role

We're looking for an experienced, thoughtful and highly capable General Manager to lead our specialist SEN provision across Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.

This is a senior leadership role with real scope to shape and grow something meaningful. You'll provide strategic and operational leadership across our existing sites, ensuring high-quality education, strong safeguarding, and a consistent, learner-centred experience for post 16 young people with Special Educational Needs, including those with EHCPs.

You'll work closely with our SENCO and SEND Admissions Coordinator to make sure provision is compliant, responsive and aligned with commissioning expectations, while also helping us build the systems, structures and leadership capacity needed to scale. With plans to open 1-2 new centres per year, this role is central to maintaining the quality and integrity of our model as we grow.

A big part of the role will be supporting and developing Centre Leads at each site, giving them the clarity, confidence and leadership they need to run excellent day to day provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational reality, and who is motivated by improving outcomes for young people with SEND.
