Wendy's is hiring a General Manager to join our team.

As a General Manager of Wendy's you will:
  • Have the leadership skills and the total responsibility for managing and leading the daily operations of the restaurant both Front of House and Back of House.
  • Focus specifically on staffing, training, and scheduling, all of which will help build and retain a 5 star team.
  • Identify talent and empower your team to grow by providing coaching & development while promoting a fun, energising work environment where people want to come to work each day.
  • Use effective scheduling to ensure your team is the right place at the right time.
  • This one's a no brainer: you're key to increasing store sales and profit goals.
  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality.
  • Take advantage of local marketing opportunities to drive sales and the presence of your restaurant and the Wendy's brand in your local area.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Show your Managers and Crew Members how to do it right, and make sure every shift is better than the last.
  • Give and take direction like a pro. You're passionate about developing employees with the goal to maximize their contributions and future promotability.
What you bring to the table:
  • Proven experience leading people in a food service environment and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of line operations experience; with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work 44 hour work weeks - must be available all day parts and days of the week.
  • High level of communication skills with the ability to effectively coach and develop your managers and team.
You're willing and able to:
  • Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.

£34,000 base salary plus KPI based bonus scheme.
