General Manager
Monday to Friday

We are seeking a hands on General Manager with a strong background in high end hotel F&B or premium hospitality environments. You will lead a high end client site, delivering a premium service with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on exceeding client expectations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a small team, high profile setting and enjoys full ownership of the site. Ideal for an experienced hotel F&B Manager seeking improved work life balance in the contract catering industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day to day operation, delivering a seamless, high end food service and hospitality with exceptional customer and client experiences
- Act as the face of the service, building strong, trusted client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive a 5 service culture, ensuring every detail is consistently executed to the highest standard
- Remain hands on during service, leading by example and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences
- Manage financial performance including budget control, forecasting, and driving revenue opportunities
- Maintain exceptional front of house standards aligned to premium hospitality expectations
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and operational standards
- Proven leadership experience within high end hotel F&B, luxury events or premium hospitality environments
- A passion for delivering outstanding, personalised service and exceeding client expectations
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A hands on, detail focused approach with the ability to lead from the front
- Highly organised, with the confidence to manage a small team and take full ownership of a site
