Hall & Woodhouse is the Dorset based brewer that owns over 150 high end pub restaurants and inns throughout the South of England. We are recruiting a General Manager to lead our fabulous team in an amazing premium pub.
Riverside Setting - Beautiful Black Rabbit
Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional destination pubs, the Black Rabbit is glorious providing stunning views across the River Arun and the wetlands beyond, to Arundel Castle - arguably one of the loveliest views in England. With plenty of riverside seating, the pub is a hive of activity in summer and when winter finally sets in, the traditional interior (featuring authentic props from the Harry Potter movies, including the boat from 'The Philosopher's Stone') provides a cosy bolt-hole to relax and unwind.

- Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production

- A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
- Diligent with brand standards and processes
