AsJunior General Manager, you will work directly alongside theMulti Site General Manager, gaining exposure tosite operation and senior level decision making, while taking full responsibility for the venue's day to day performance. You will lead from the front, own the numbers, develop the team, and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.
What you'll be doing:- Owningdaily operations across FOH & BOH, ensuring consistently high standards
- Drivingteam performance, culture, and engagement
- Working closely with the Head Chef onmenu development and product quality
- Partnering with the Sales Manager togrow events, bookings, and revenue
- Taking full responsibility forstock, GP, and wage control
- Leading from the floor -hands on, visible, and decisive during service
- Creating and executingpromotions, activations, and marketing ideas
- Acting as a trueambassador and face of the business
- Contributing tobusiness strategy, growth, and long term direction
- Experience in ahigh volume, premium bar, pub or restaurant environment
- Strongcommercial awarenesswith the ability to drive revenue and control costs
- Anatural leaderwho builds, develops, and inspires high performing teams
- Someoneambitious and career driven, ready for the next step
- Confidence acrossservice, events, and sales led environments
- Acreative and proactive mindsetwith real input into ideas and execution
- Strong knowledge ofUK licensing, H&S, and food safety
- Personal Licence holder(preferred)
- Calm under pressure,detail focused, and solutions driven
