Location: Trinity Leeds
Contract type: permanent, full-time
Pay: £35,000 per annum

What you'll do

• Lead the team with energy, heart, and authenticity
• Drive high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Manage fast paced service while keeping smiles all around
• Take ownership of the P&L, rotas, ordering and stock - know your numbers as well as your seasoning
• Inspire and develop your team to deliver hospitality that keeps guests coming back

• Sales Growth - driving revenue through upselling, smart service and local marketing
• Labour & Cost Control - hitting weekly targets without compromising service
• Guest Satisfaction - delivering 5 star experiences and top feedback scores
• Team Retention & Development - building a motivated, high performing crew
• Operational Standards - maintaining top hygiene, speed and quality across every shift

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing a busy restaurant or QSR - you thrive when it's go time
• A natural leader who loves motivating a team and building a positive culture
• Passion for food and great hospitality - bonus points if you enjoy Caribbean cuisine or street food
• Hands on attitude - no task too small, no challenge too big
• Organised, energetic and ready to make our Leeds site the place to be
• Flexibility with working hours - you will be required to work some late nights and weekends
