Job Description
Optime Group is pleased to be recruiting a General Manager for a prestigious Restaurant in Soho, London.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to run the show and lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence in a renowned establishment in Central London.
What's on offer:- Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Start: Immediate
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Soho, London
- Schedule: Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and key event periods

- Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running across all floors and kitchen.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to consistently deliver premium service.
- Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health & safety compliance.
- Drive operational improvements, optimise workflows, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and resource planning to ensure financial and operational targets are met.
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism, initiative, and a guest first mindset.
- GM, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager experience in premium hospitality and/or a fast paced high end restaurant.
- Hands on leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Comfortable across bar operations and floor management.
- Flexible, dependable, and happy to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
- Passionate about delivering WOW moments for every guest.
