Key Details

• Opening mid 2026, start during pre opening, with the opportunity to implement structure and systems.
• 45 hour week contract, a mix of services and a considerable amount of admin time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the business as General Manager of the new concept.
• Develop and implement operational structures and systems during the pre opening and opening phases.
• Oversee daily management, staffing, and service quality to maintain the restaurant's high standards.
• Manage inventory, cost controls, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the culinary and wine teams to ensure a cohesive, high quality experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a GM or senior manager in a similar dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of wines, with the ability to curate and manage a premium wine program.
• Able to work autonomously and drive the restaurant toward its vision.
• Ambitious, hungry, and ready to grow as a manager.
