Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the restaurant: drive performance, hit goals, and set the vibe.
• Build, train, coach, and motivate the team to raise standards.
• Push the team to deliver every shift and meet KPIs.
• Maintain administrative tasks: rosters, stock, reporting.
• Create an unforgettable guest experience and turn first timers into regulars.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing teams.
• Strong people management skills, capable of handling tough conversations and building an inclusive culture.
• Ability to keep operations efficient, clean and compliant, even in chaotic situations.
